Rick Fuscone is a founding partner of Peregrine Advisory LLC is a newly formed, boutique institutional brokerage firm with competencies across a broad range of global fixed income and equity products.  The firm specializes in high-grade, high-yield, distressed, asset-backed, and other structured debt or loan products. Mr. Fuscone is also the Chairman and founder of Dover Management LLC, a private investment firm established in March 2001. Formerly he was with Merrill Lynch & Co. In his 21 years with Merrill Lynch, he served in many capacities including Executive Chairman of the Americas with responsibility for the firm’s operations in Latin America and Canada, Chief Operating Officer of Global Markets and Investment Banking, and as Chairman of several of the firm’s operating units. Rick is active on numerous boards and committees including the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, the Diabetes Research Institute Foundation, Kids in Crisis, and the Brunswick School, among others. Mr. & Mrs. Fuscone manage the Fuscone Family Foundation which provides substantial funding to family initiatives and disease-related philanthropies. Their Foundation is committed to raising support and awareness for important life-affecting causes, particularly those that impact the well-being of children. Rick and his wife Marjorie have a son and daughter and reside in Greenwich, CT.
