We have purposefully kept the number of participants small so that there can be extensive interaction.  The paper presentations and discussions should therefore be designed to encourage discussion.  We propose that initially authors have prepared presentations of around 20 minutes and discussants around 10 minutes.  Discussants can focus on the papers in their session or more generally on the topic as they see fit.  These time limits will allow everybody to discuss the topics at length.
